Pedro has more than 27 years of experience with Brazilian Equities, having worked 13 years at Investidor Profissional(IP), one of the first independent asset management firms in Brazil, where he was a partner and CIO responsible for managing some US$1.5 Billion in Brazilian public and private equities. Pedro is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Priner and a non-executive Board Member of Mills. Pedro also served previously at the Boards of CBD (GPA Group), Globex, Ponto Frio.com, Saraiva, Springs Global and Rossi. Pedro has a degree in Engineering from PUC-RJ.

Marcelo has 34 years of experience in the Brazilian equity market, having worked 10 years at UBS Pactual (1998-2008) and 7 years at Banco Garantia (1991-1998) before founding Leblon Equities in 2008. At UBS Pactual, he was co-head of the Capital Markets division (2007-2008), co-head of the Equities division (2005-2007), and head of the Corporate Analysis and Strategy division (1998-2006). At Banco Garantia, he was a commodities analyst (1991-1997) and an investment banker (1997-1998).

Since 1995, Marcelo has been recognized by investors as one of Brazil’s top analysts, according to several surveys conducted by Institutional Investor magazine. He was ranked “#1 Brazil Analyst” in 2003 and 2006 (in addition to #3 in 2002, #2 in 2001, and #3 in 2000). Marcelo was also voted “#1 Equity Strategist in Brazil” by the Institutional Investor Magazine Brazil Survey in 2005, 2004, and 2003.

Marcelo holds a degree in Economics from PUC-RJ, a degree in French Studies from the University of Nancy II, and an OPM from Harvard. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Klabin, Tamboro, and the PUC-RJ Endowment. He served for 8 years (2016-2024) on the Petrobras Board as an independent director elected by minority shareholders and for 3 years (2013-2016) on the Board of Priner Serviços Industriais.

Pedro has more than 25 years of experience with Brazilian Equities. From 2004 to 2008 was at IP as a member of the investment team. He became a partner in 2006. He was responsible for structuring investment vehicles and Corporate Governance analysis. From 2002 to 2004, he worked at Bradesco-Templeton as senior analyst focused on telecom and capital goods sectors and was personally involved in evaluating, conducting and divesting several investments of their closed-end fund-F.V.L. From 1996 to 2002, Mr.Rudge worked at Latinvest Asset Management as an equity trader and one of the portfolio managers. He has served as a member of the fiscal boards of-Embraco( Brazilian Whirlpool subsidiary), Tele Nordeste Celular Participações S.A. (TIM Nordeste), Trafo Equipamentos Elétricos S.A., Renner Participações S.A., Globex S.A., and is a non-executive Board Member of Springs Global. Pedro has a degree in Economics from Faculdade Candido Mendes and CPA-20 certification.

Bruno has more than 27 years of experience in Brazilian and LatAm equities. Bruno joined Icatu in 1997 as a sell-side research analyst focused on Brazilian banks, after 3 years at Ernst&Young. In 2000, Bruno joined UBS as a research analyst in the LatAm financials team covering mostly banks, insurance companies, exchanges and investment companies in 7 countries. Bruno participated in various IPOs/follow-ons. And was ranked as one of the best sell side analysts in LatAm, ranked one of the top3 research analysts covering LatAm financials by the Institutional Investor magazine surveys for 4 consecutive years, including the #1 position in 2007 and 2008. Bruno has a degree in  Business Administration from UFF (Universidade Federal Fluminense) and is a CFA charter holder. He is a non-executive Board Member of Priner, and has been CFO of Casa Show, an invested company in 2009.

Marcelo has more than 25 years of experience with Brazilian Equities. Working 5 years at Bozano Simonsen/Santander (1999-2003). 4 years at Merrill Lynch (2004-2006) and 8 years at Goldman Sachs (2007-15). Marcelo worked at Latasa (today Rexam) in the financial department for four years prior to his career as an equity research analyst. Marcelo coverage universe included mostly Latin American companies Mining & Steel and Pulp & Paper sectors. Covered institutional clients in US. Europe. Asia. Middle East and LatAM. Marcelo was ranked in Institutional Investors magazine rankings for several times during his career which includes #1 in LatAm for Mining & Steel and Pulp and Paper in 2006 and #3 in Brazil for Natural Resources sectors in 2007. He was also ranked #2 by Brazilian Exame Magazine among analysts with highest return based stock recommendations during 2004-06. Marcelo has degrees in Economics from PUC-RJ and Post-Graduation in Finance Administration from FGV-RJ.

Equity Research Analyst at Leblon since 2019. Prior to Leblon, he worked at Ágora CTVM and BoradSpan Capital LLC. Lucas holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from PUC-RJ.

Equity Research Analyst at Leblon Equities since 2020. Started his career in 2017 at private equity firm H.I.G. Capital. Moved to Legion Holdings, where he participated in the acquisition and restructuring project of Grupo Abril. Most recently, he worked as a partner and business analyst at STK Capital. Gabriel holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from PUC-RJ.

Global Equities Research Analyst at Leblon Equities since 2022. Stephano was a part of Leblon Equities for 5 years between 2015 and 2020, joined XP Asset between 2020 and 2021, later returning to Leblon Equities in 2022. His experience includes equity research in many industries: Software, Retail, Education, Telecom, Capital Goods, Real Estate Developers, and others.

Stephano holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from IME (Instituto Militar de Engenharia).
